As part of the training for the trip to the moon, two American astronauts were abandoned in the Darien jungle where they met a native, exchanged glances and some trinkets, then the native disappeared walking deep into the jungle. A terror invades the astronauts, did they think they were going to be decapitated, or eaten by a wild cannibal? This is one of the episodes of a colonial ghost that this film deals with proposing a poetical and ironical counter-story of the conquest of space from a Colombian perspective. A hypnotic journey along disparate and unique film archives exposing the human obsession to turn the jungle into a propaganda film.
